This fundraiser, the proceeds of which will benefit the New Bedford Ballet's arts education and dance scholarship programs, will include live music, an array of elegant deserts and a myriad of coffees and teas. The New Bedford Youth Ballet will be performing "Peter and the Wolf".

DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES: "FOSTER PARENT TRAINING"

The Department of Children and Families a division of the Department of Social Services is offering free training for individuals and families interested in learning about fostering a child. We have a significant need for care of infants, toddlers and adolescents. Trainings will be held every Thursday evening in February, March and April. Daily reimbursement, health insurance for the child, ongoing training and support is offered.
