The Substantial Ammendment to the FY 2008 Annual Action Plan outlines the planned activities that will be supported through the Homelessness Prevention/Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) and the Community Development Block Grant - Recovery (CDBG-R) Program. These programs are made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
