The Substantial Ammendment to the FY 2008 Annual Action Plan outlines the planned activities that will be supported through the Homelessness Prevention/Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) and the Community Development Block Grant - Recovery (CDBG-R) Program. These programs are made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Hard copies of the plan can be viewed at the City's Office of Housing and Development, the City Clerk's Office, and the New Bedford Free Public Library, or by clicking on the link above.
