The Administrative Office for the Department of Facilities and Fleet Management is located on Liberty Street, just south of the intersection of Parker Street.
The office is utilized by the Director, Kenneth F. Blanchard and the Superintendent of Facilities Construction and Maintenance, John R. Perry, Clerk of the Works, Antonio Silva, Administrative Assistant, Carrie L. Moreira as well as the clerical support team.
The clerical staff at this location provide clerical support for the Director, Superintendent of Facilities, Garage Superintendent, Clerk of the Works and the Administrative Assistant as needed. The Departments payroll is processed and monitored at this location as well as all the accounts payable, accounts receivable, interdepartmental billing, and insurance recovery invoicing.
Question or concerns regarding the new automated trash & recycling program will be handled by this office. To place an order for trash and/or recycling carts please call 508-961-3008. Payments can be made at this location as well, check, money order, credit card or debit card will be accepted. (No cash please)
