Communications Division

Communications Coordinator is in charge of analyzing all phone issues and accounts in regard to billing; accounts payable and receivables, repairs, installations and line moves within departments as well as all remote offices outside of City Hall.

Also responsible for record keeping of all phone lines, radio circuits (voice and data) and radio frequencies as well as data entry, programming of phone lines, submitting orders for all telecommunications services and equipment from various venders including but not limited to all landlines used for telephones, alarms, credit card terminals and inspections sticker machines as well as cell phones, pagers and radio circuits.
