City to Host Expanded Summer Sound Series on the Waterfront and Around Downtown

12-12014 Summer Sound Series Will Include Concerts on Pier 3, Lunchtime Jazz at Custom House Square, and Sidewalk Sounds on Front Street Plaza New Bedford, Massachusetts – Mayor Jon Mitchell has announced the City of New Bedford will again host the Summer Sound Series—a series of live summer concerts on the waterfront and around downtown. The 2014 Summer Sound Series will be expanded this year to feature concerts on not only on Pier 3, but also Sidewalk Sounds on Front Street Plaza and lunchtime jazz at Custom House Square.
