FY 2021 Property Values

The City of New Bedford has completed the state-required five-year revaluation of all real and personal property located within the bounds of the City. The FY2021 values were the result of sales activity during the calendar year 2019 and show ownership as of January 1, 2020.

As part of the five-year revaluation process it is required that the Board of Assessors post the estimated new values for public review; this is being done PENDING PRELIMINARY CERTIFICATION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.

The estimated values will be available on the City of New Bedford Website starting on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 through Tuesday, December 8th, 2020. They will be subject to review for a period of five business days.

New Bedford taxpayers will be able to review the values online at the following web address:
