Tuesday, December 22 is final day for COVID-19 testing at airport

State’s Stop the Spread testing sites at Whale’s Tooth, former Fire Station 11 will continue

New Bedford, Massachusetts– The temporary overflow COVID-19 testing site at New Bedford Regional Airport will hold its last day of free, drive-up testing on Tuesday, December 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Only city residents are eligible and must use the Shawmut Avenue entrance to the airport.

The state’s Stop the Spread sites will continue at the Whale’s Tooth Parking Lot (by appointment only) and former Fire Station 11 (on select days).
