2020-2024 Consolidated Plan

Now underway!

 

The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is currently in the process of creating its 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. This plan will provide a snapshot of community needs in New Bedford and will establish a framework for how federal funding the city receives from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will be spent over the next five years.

As we work to identify the needs and priorities of the community,
there are many ways to get involved!
