In November 2022, AVX demobilized operations until Spring 2023. As of 2022, AVX completed cleanup on the Titleist property, excavated PCB-impacted soil from a 25 foot wide pathway along the Acushnet River shoreline, installed a permeable reactive barrier to treat/filter all site groundwater before discharge to the river, and consolidated impacted soil within the former building footprint in preparation of a sitewide cap installation.
