FY2025-FY2029 Consolidated Plan
Now underway!

The City of New Bedford’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is currently in the process of creating its FY2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. This plan will provide a snapshot of community needs in New Bedford and will establish a framework for how federal funding the city receives from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will be spent over the next five years.

As we work to identify the needs and priorities of the community,
there are ways you can get involved!
