  • Dwelling units unfit for human habitation
  • Overcrowded living conditions
  • Unsafe buildings/structures
  • Smoke detectors are not operable on each floor
  • Carbon monoxide detectors not installed
  • No lighting in public hallways, entryways
  • Leaks
  • Blocked egress
  • No fire escapes
  • Faulty plumbing
  • Exposed electrical wiring

Zoning Code Violations

  • Outdoor storage of junk, salvage, auto parts, appliances, furniture
  • Parking vehicles in restricted yard areas (front, side, rear)
