- Unsafe buildings/structures
- Smoke detectors are not operable on each floor
- Carbon monoxide detectors not installed
- No lighting in public hallways, entryways

Zoning Code Violations
- Outdoor storage of junk, salvage, auto parts, appliances, furniture
- Parking vehicles in restricted yard areas (front, side, rear)
