SeeClickfix – Report Graffiti, Potholes, and Tree Trimming Requests

In 2012, the City of Boston awarded New Bedford a three year innovation grant to participate in a program called Commonwealth Connect. The program allows citizens to use a mobile app to report non-emergency issues, such as graffiti, potholes, and tree trimmings, and to be confident that the report is transmitted directly to the city employee that handles the issue. New Bedford’s app program is called SeeClickFix

SeeClickFix – Report graffiti, potholes, and tree trimming requests to the New Bedford City government online through the reporting tool on this webpage. Enter the location, issue type and a short description of the issue.
