The Consolidated Plan is a five-year document that identifies community needs and spending priorities for Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant and HOME Program funding that the city receives as an entitlement community.

The Annual Action Plan is a one-year plan that explains and discusses available block grant funding for the coming fiscal year and how it will be used to

fulfill Consolidated Plan priorities.

The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing comprehensively reviews the community’s laws, regulations, administrative policies, housing market and housing practices to determine whether any barriers to fair and equal access to housing are present.
