Please mark the exterior of all submitted proposals in the manner directed within the bid documents. To facilitate the bid opening process, all bidders are requested to also email email@example.com to confirm that they have submitted a proposal. It is the responsibility of the vendor/contractor to check this website for addenda. The City of New Bedford accepts no liability to provide accommodation to those who submit a response based upon information obtained from any source other than this website. Bidders may not alter (manually or electronically) the bid language or bid documents. Unauthorized modifications to the bid, specifications, terms or conditions are prohibited and any associated submittal will be rejected.
