GUIDELINES FOR THE BEDFORD LANDING-WATERFRONT HISTORIC DISTRICT

The Guidelines for the Bedford Landing-Waterfront Historic District have been produced by the NBHC to provide property owners/tenant, architect and contractors with the history of the district, the administrative policies and requirements as well as the state and local laws that the NBHC must follow. This publication provides detailed information on the obligation of owners/tenants, changes that require approval and the application process.
